Location
The apartments are located in the Santa Croce neighbourhood and are within easy reach of some of the main sights and attractions Venice has to offer. The Frari Church, Campo San Giacomo dell'Orio, the Ca Pesaro museum and San Giovanni Evangelista Scuola are all just a few minutes away. Other attractions such as the Rialto Bridge, St Mark's Square and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection are easily reachable.
Travel
Venice can be reached by road, and cars parked at the entrance to the city in Europe's largest car park. The Venezia-Santa Lucia train station is approximately fifteen minutes' walk from the apartments. The nearest airport is Marco Polo International Airport on the mainland, with regular waterbuses to the city.
Transportation around Venice is entirely by water or foot. The famous gondolas are mostly used by tourists, with locals preferring to use motorised waterbuses called "vaporetti".
