Set in the quaint Monti district in the centre of Rome, famed for it's delightful boutiques, cutting-edge trends from up and coming designers and small cobbled streets, the Tintoretto Apartments lie in a great area considered to be one of the last real neighbourhoods in the city. Although renowned for it's shopping and as a residential area, this district is home to many interesting historical monuments. Perfectly located close to the Colosseum and other fantastic sights, the apartments offer comfortable, welcoming accommodation in the heart of the city.
Suitable for up to four people, the apartments are fully equipped, tastefully decorated and fitted with comfortable furniture ensuring a truly enjoyable experience.

Suitable for up to four people, the apartments are equipped with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living area.
Located in the Monti District, famed for it's many unique boutiques shopping is a must when staying in the Tintoretto Apartments. If, however, shopping doesn't take you fancy the many famous landmarks of the city are on your doorstep. The Colosseum, Roman Forum and the Monument to Vittorio Emanuele II are all within just a short stroll of the apartments. The city offers a wide range of bars cafés and restaurants, and with the main railway station nearby a wide range of day trips are possible. The apartments are just a short walk away from Roma Termini, the main railway station, which offers regular services throughout Italy as well as daily international services to Paris, Munich and Basel. Rome also has a metro, bus and tram system. Traffic is limited in the very centre of Rome, so walking may be preferable.
Rome Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino Airport is the main airport, with some flights using Rome Ciampino Airport. Booking Procedure
The Tintoretto Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Please note that there is a 2.8% surcharge for payments made by Visa or Mastercard.
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 11.00. Please note that due to local legal requirements, a copy of each guest's passport will be required upon arrival.

Tintoretto Apartments accept the following card types: Master Card, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
For stays of 1-3 nights:
Notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to one night's stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
For stays of 4-7 nights:
Notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to three nights' stay or 50% of the total cost.
For stays of over 7 nights:
Notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to three nights' stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to seven nights' stay.
For stays of 1 month and over:
Notification of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 14 and 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to seven nights' stay.
Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to fourteen nights' stay.
Stays during Christmas, New Year and Easter will be subject to a special cancellation policy:
Notification of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.

Rate To indicates the highest nightly rate available.
