Location

The apartments are located in a residential area with a wide variety of bars and restaurants nearby where you can sample some delicious local foods. Visit the local daily fresh fruit market to see and taste the glorious fruit on offer. The famous Monument to Vittorio Emanuele II and the Colosseum are only a short walk away. Across the road are two major Basilicas of Santa Maria Maggiore and St John Lateran. Other famous sights are within easy reach and St Peter's Basilica (within the Vatican City) is just a few stops away on the metro.

Travel

Roma Termini, the main railway station, is within easy reach, offering regular services throughout Italy as well as daily international services to Paris, Munich and Basel. Rome also has a metro, bus and tram system. Traffic is limited in the very centre of Rome, so walking may be preferable.

Rome Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino Airport is the main airport, with some flights using Rome Ciampino Airport.
