Set in the very heart of Rome, just a short walk from some of the most famous sights of the city, the Bella Vista Apartments offer bright and pleasant Rome accommodation for up to four people.
Each apartment features a balcony with typically Italian views over the city, and comes equipped with a selection of home comforts which will ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Sleeps: 4 Bathrooms: 1 One Bedroom Apartment
This apartment has one double bedroom and there is a double sized sofa bed in the living area.
The Colosseum, Roman Forum and the Monument to Vittorio Emanuele II are all within just a short stroll of the apartments. The city offers a wide range of boutiques, cafés and restaurants, and with the main railway station nearby a wide range of day trips are possible. The apartments are just a short walk away from Roma Termini, the main railway station, which offers regular services throughout Italy as well as daily international services to Paris, Munich and Basel. Rome also has a metro, bus and tram system. Traffic is limited in the very centre of Rome, so walking may be preferable.
Rome Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino Airport is the main airport, with some flights using Rome Ciampino Airport. Booking Procedure
The Bella Vista Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Please note that there is a 2.8% surcharge for payments made by Visa or Mastercard.
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 11.00. Please note that due to local legal requirements, a copy of each guest's passport will be required upon arrival.

Bella Vista Apartments accept the following card types: Master Card, Visa Credit.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations received will be subject to a cancellation fee. The following charges apply:
For stays of less than two weeks:
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival: €20.00 administration fee.
Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 14 and 4 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received less than 4 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total accommodation costs.
For stays of two weeks and over:
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival: 30% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 29 and 8 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total accommodation costs.
Please note: Any amendments made to the booking will carry an amendment charge. Please see above for details.
For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
