We loved the apartment - location, comfort, etc.
Some things need fixing - to make future customers stay even better.
Toilet tank lid is missing - splashes like rain in toilet.
Note about Fresh Towels refers to "Old Town Apartments" - this might be obsolete - it confused me.
Washing machine needs to have detailed use instructions in several languages (sorry this might be a lot of work)). The symbols are not completely obvious. We got our clothes washed, but could never get the spin or dry cycles to work. We pulled clothes out in a wet to soaking state, wrung out the water and used the drying rack. Fortunately Rome had no rain at all during our stay. The last load left a few inches of standing water, which I hope the staff will know how to drain.
The temperature adjustment knob in the shower has a problem (difficulty in turning below 20). Too hot at this spot, but if you force it just the slightest bit below, it is too cold.
Please add a Teflon spatula for use with the non-stick cookware. One sauce pan is missing its handle. Some of the table silverware (forks) are broken or falling apart.
I hope this long list is not taken as complaining. I just wanted to let you know so things can be improved. We enjoyed our stay and the comfort of a home away from home - especially after much walking at various sites and churches in Rome, Naples, Pompeii.
Thank you, Esther, for your kind help on our arrival.
