Suitable for up to four people this one bedroom suite comes equipped with a double bed in the bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living area, full kitchen and bathroom with shower.
The apartments are located in the heart of Milan, just minutes from the fifteenth century Sforza Castle and Parco Sempione. Duomo di Milano, the world's largest Gothic cathedral, and a must-see for any trip to Milan, is a short walk away. Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, the striking shopping mall, and Teatro alla Scala, one of the most famous opera houses in world, are nearby. Further distractions include Santa Maria delle Grazie, Museo d'Arte Antica del Castello Sforzesco (Museum of Historic Art of the Sforza Castle) and Museo Nazionale della Scienza e della Tecnica Leonardo da Vinci (Leonardo da Vinci National Science and Technology Museum) are within easy reach. The city centre is easily navigated on foot, however, Milan boasts a comprehensive transport system comprising of metro, bus, tram and trolley bus services. Cairoli Castello Metro and tram station is just a few minutes away. The apartments are located within easy reach of Central train station and Central bus station.
Milan Linate airport is close by which charters mainly European and domestic flights. Malpensa International Airport which is the city's largest airport charters more international flights and can be reached by public transport or taxi. Booking Procedure
The Black Orchid Suites can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
For bookings made more that 21 days prior to arrival, you will be charged 20% of the total amount at the time of booking.
For bookings made 21 days or less prior to arrival, you will be charged for the total amount at the time of booking.
Payment
For bookings made more than 21 days prior to arrival, the remaining 80% is payable 21 days before your arrival date.
For bookings made 21 days or less prior to arrival, the total amount is payable at the time of booking.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is between 14:00 and 19:00. Checking in after 19:30 will incur a late check-in fee of €25.
Check-out is by 12:00 noon.
Cards Accepted
Black Orchid Suites accept the following card types: American Express, Maestro, Master Card, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received more than 21 days prior to arrival will not be subject to a cancellation charge and the 20% deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded in full.
Cancellations received less than 21 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the accommodation costs.
Events Rates 1 apply to stays during major events including, but not restricted to:
January 15-19, February 2-5, 18-21 and 24-28, March 1-7 , September (all month)
Events Rates 2 apply to stays during the Salone Internazionale del Mobile - April 14 - 19 2010.
Please contact us prior to booking to confirm whether your stay will be charged at Event Rates.
Low Season Rates apply to stays during August and November, unless events rates apply.
Mid Season Rates apply to stays from December to March, unless events rates apply.
High Season Rates apply to stays from April to July, and in October, unless events rates apply.
