Sleeps: 4 Bathrooms: 2 One Bedroom Apartment
Suitable for up to four people this apartment comes equipped with a double bed in the master bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the living area and a second bathroom on the main floor.
Sleeps: 5 Bathrooms: 1 Two Bedroom Apartment
This apartment is suitable for up to five people and comes equipped with a double bed and a single bed. There is also a double sofa bed in the living area.
The apartments are located in the centre of the city and are within easy reach of many of the sights and attractions. Just a short walk away is the Santa Maria Novella Square, San Giovanni Square, and Galleria degli Uffizi. A mass of restaurants and shops surround the apartments where you can sample local fare and indulge in some retail therapy. Florence is easily seen by foot or bicycle, and it is possible to rent a bicycle from a variety of locations. There is also a bus network providing frequent services throughout the city- tickets are purchased at kiosks and local shops.
Firenze Santa Maria Novella is the main railway station, and is within easy walking distance of the apartments.
The nearest airport is known variously as Peretola Airport, Florence Airport (Aeroporto di Firenze) or Amerigo Vespucci Airport, and is linked to the city by a regular bus service. Booking Procedure
The Via Della Scala Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14.00 and check-out is by 11.30.
Cards Accepted
Via Della Scala Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
For cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival there will be no cancellation fee charged.
For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival then a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
No-shows will be charged the total amount of the booking costs.
Low Season Rates are valid for stays in January - March, July - August, November - December.
High Season Rates are valid for stays in April - June, September - October.
Special Rates will apply to stays during special events, including Easter and Pitti Uomo- please contact us for details.
