Set in a 16th century building in the heart of Florence the Via Maggio Apartments offer bright, comfortable and roomy accommodation in an ideal location. Exposed wooden beamed ceilings and traditional tiled floors provide an authentic Florentine environment for up to five people.
The apartments are located in the centre of the city within easy reach of the main museums, monuments and churches. Just a short stroll from the Arno River and the Church of Santa Maria del Santo Spirito, the apartments are an ideal base for exploring the city.

Suitable for up to five people this apartment comes equipped with a double bed in one bedroom and a single bed in the other. There is a double sofa bed in the living area.
The apartments are located in an old area of Santa Spirito just a few steps from Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio. Other sights and attractions such as the Fountain of Neptune, Boboli Gardens and Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore are within easy reach. Florence is easily seen by foot or bicycle, and it is possible to rent a bicycle from a variety of locations. There is also a bus network providing frequent services throughout the city- tickets are purchased at kiosks and local shops.
Firenze Santa Maria Novella is the main railway station, and is within easy walking distance of the apartments.
The nearest airport is known variously as Peretola Airport, Florence Airport (Aeroporto di Firenze) or Amerigo Vespucci Airport, and is linked to the city by a regular bus service. Booking Procedure
The Maggio Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14.00 and check-out is by 11.30.
Cards Accepted
Maggio Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Visa Credit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
For cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival there will be no cancellation fee charged.
For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival then a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
No-shows will be charged the total amount of the booking costs.
Low Season Rates are valid for stays in July - August, November - December.
High Season Rates are valid for stays in September - October.
Special Rates will apply to stays during special events, including Easter and Pitti Uomo- please contact us for details.
