Excellent, elegant apartment in a good location close to centre and within easy reach of train and coach station. The small but important improvements I would like would be 1) curtains rather than horizontal blinds in the bedroom that keep the light out better; 2) a sharp kitchen knife; 3)washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels in the kitchen; and 4) a handle for the grill pan - very difficult to move when hot.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The apartment is centrally located with excellent facilities. The staff were very helpful and made our stay very pleasant - especially the cleaning staff.
Great views of Eyre Square and the bay.
