Robert Simpson, Mature couple - Posted: Wed 15th Sep 2010

    Overall score: Customer Rating 1.8 / 10

Entrance smelled of trash. Hall carpets on 2nd floor were filthy. The apartment had dust clinging to the baseboards when we moved in. The kitchen had less than minimum of utensils. There was only one wine glass and it had a big piece missing from the rim. Overall cleanliness not very good.

The bed should have been replaced at least 2 - 3 years ago. It was the worst I have ever slept on, and I spent 28 years in the military, so that is saying something.

It would appaear that there is no supervisor follow-up on the cleaning, and that the staff are likely not provided sufficient time, or not are trained, to do the job properly.

    An overall poor experience.
