Eat/Drink
As a cosmopolitan city, Bangalore offers a whole host of cuisine from around the world. However, there are a number of local dishes that are well worth a try:
• Dosa – a type of crepe made from rice and black lentils and usually served with chutney, pickle or curry.
• Poori – unleavened bread often eaten for breakfast with potato masala, dal (lentil soup) or curry.
