This apartment is suitable for one or two people and comes equipped with sofa beds in the living area.
Sleeps: 4 Bathrooms: 1 One Bedroom Apartment
Suitable for up to four people this apartment comes equipped with two single beds. There is also a double sofa bed available in the living area.
The apartments are located right in the heart of the lively Montparnasse district. As the celebrated artists' quarter of the 1920's the area is awash with stylish cafés, theatres, cinemas and restaurants. Shopping centres and boutiques also swamp the area with Le Bon Marché - one of Paris' most famous departments stores and often regarded as the world's first, is within easy reach. Luxembourg gardens, Saint Germain des Prés and the Latin Quarter are all just a few minutes away. The Tour Montparnasse, the tallest skyscraper in France is a short stroll away and offers stunning views over the city. Other popular and famous sights such as the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysées are easily reached by foot or by metro. Paris boasts one of the most extensive and reliable subway systems in the world. The Metro is a great way to travel around Paris. The nearest station is Gaîté which is just a few minutes walk away from the apartments.
The Gare du Nord, Europe's busiest train station is within easy reach and provides links to Northern France, the Eurostar to London and services to Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany. Booking Procedure
The Citadines Paris Maine Montparnasse Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. Your card will only be charged should you fail to arrive at the apartments without prior notice (see cancellation policy below).
Payment
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be taken upon arrival.
For stays of 30 nights or more, the first 14 nights accommodation will be payable upon arrival with subsequent periods of accommodation invoiced in periods of 30 nights or part thereof as agreed with the property manager on arrival.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, the apartments may authorise your card on arrival to cover against any breakages or damages.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00.
Cards Accepted
Citadines Paris Maine Montparnasse Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, Master Card, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation is required by 3pm at the latest on the day prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
For stays of less than 7 nights the cancellation charge will be equal to one nights' stay.
For stays of between 7 and 29 nights the cancellation charge will be equal to 2 nights' stay.
For stays of 30 nights and over the cancellation charge will be equal to three nights' stay.
An option held upon an extension to a rental period is subject to the cancellation terms as notified above.
