This one bedroom apartment is suitable for up to four people and comes equipped with a queen size bed, double sofa bed in the living area, full kitchen and bathroom.

Suitable for up to six people this two bedroom apartment comes equipped with a queen size bed in each bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living area, full kitchen and bathroom.
The apartments enjoy a very central location, in one of the most fashionable areas in the city. Just steps away is one of the main and most famous streets in Paris, Avenue des Champs-Elysées, which is home to a number of prestigious shops, such as Guerlain and Louis Vuitton, as well as a range of quaint cinemas and cosy cafés. Many of the major sights and attractions, including the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre and Eiffel Tower are all within easy reach and the Grand Palais, Place de la Concorde and River Seine are just a short stroll away. Paris boasts one of the most extensive and reliable subway systems in the world. The Metro is a great way to travel around Paris. The nearest stations are George V and Franklin D. Roosevelt which are just a few minutes walk away from the apartments.
The Gare du Nord, Europe's busiest train station, is within easy reach and provides links to Northern France, the Eurostar to London and services to Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany. Booking Procedure
The Champs Elysées Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Payment
Full payment will be taken five working days prior to your arrival date.
For bookings made less than five working days prior to arrival, full payment will be taken at the time of booking.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00.
Please Note
The One Bedroom Apartments are located on Rue De Berri, Rue De Faubourg Saint Honoré, Rue Daru and Rue De Ponthieu, all within the Champs Elysées area. The exact location of your apartment will be advised by the apartments one week prior to arrival along with details of key collection and the check-in procedure.

Champs Elysees Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid facing a cancellation charge.
For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival the following charges will apply:
Stays of 1-7 nights: will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one nights' accommodation costs.
Stays of 8-29 nights: will be charged a cancellation fee equal to three nights' accommodation costs.
Stays of 30 nights and over: will be charged a cancellation fee equal to five nights' accommodation costs.
