This one bedroom apartment is suitable for up to four people and comes equipped with either two double or four single beds.

The apartments are located within easy reach of many of the major sights. The picturesque Canal Saint Martin is just steps away offering the perfect location for a leisurely stroll. A number of famous museums, theatres and galleries are a short walk away and a selection of cafés, restaurants and bistros are nearby. Many of the major sights and attractions including the Champs Elysées, Eiffel Tower and Louvre Museum are easily reached by nearby metro links. Paris boasts one of the most extensive and reliable subway systems in the world. The Metro is a great way to travel around Paris. The nearest station is Gare de l'Est which is just a few minutes walk away from the apartments.
The Gare du Nord, Europe's busiest train station is just a short walk away and provides links to Northern France, the Eurostar to London and services to Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany. Booking Procedure
Apartments Saint Martin can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
On booking, a non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the total stay will be charged to your card.

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment, less the initial deposit.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of €250 will be requested on arrival which may be paid in cash or by credit card. If paid in cash, this will be refunded on departure after the apartment has been checked. If paid by credit card, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14.30 and check-out is by 11.00.

Cards Accepted
Apartments Saint Martin accept the following card types: Master Card, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
The initial deposit taken at the time of booking is non-refundable. In order to avoid any further cancellation charge, notification of cancellation must be received by midday (UK time), 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made after this point will be subject to an additional cancellation charge equal to one night's stay.

The total cost of your stay will be confirmed before your credit card details are taken to guarantee a booking.

Rates are per apartment per night, and include VAT (tax) and service.
