The apartments are located in the centre near the TGV station. Just a few minutes walk away is the historic centre where you can visit the famous town square, the Grand Place (La Place du Général de Gaulle), home to a magnificent belfry, old stock exchange and impressive Flemish baroque architecture. The Palais des Beaux Arts (museum of fine arts), the opera and the birthplace and museum of Charles de Gaulle are other popular sights of the city that are within easy reach of the apartments. Sample some great food in the numerous restaurants Lille has to offer with local speciality dishes, beer and cheeses a must-try. Visit some of the many outdoor markets held in the city that offer a wide range of food, flowers, fabrics, exotic products, paintings, pottery and jewellery. Lille boasts a comprehensive and reliable transport network with metro, tram and bus services. You can also rent bikes, e-bikes and segways to see Lille from a different angle.
There are two major train stations offering TGV services to Paris and other major French and European cities. The Eurostar also stops here from London and Brussels.
Lille Lesquin International Airport is located about 10km from the city centre and offers domestic and international flights. Booking Procedure
The Citadines Lille Centre Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. Your card will only be charged should you fail to arrive at the apartments without prior notice (see cancellation policy below).
Payment
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be taken upon arrival.
For stays of 30 nights or more, the first 14 nights accommodation will be payable upon arrival with subsequent periods of accommodation invoiced in periods of 30 nights or part thereof as agreed with the property manager on arrival.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, the apartments may authorise your card on arrival to cover against any breakages or damages.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00.
Cards Accepted
Citadines Lille Centre Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, Master Card, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation is required by 3pm at the latest on the day prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
For stays of less than 7 nights the cancellation charge will be equal to one nights' stay.
For stays of between 7 and 29 nights the cancellation charge will be equal to 2 nights' stay.
For stays of 30 nights and over the cancellation charge will be equal to three nights' stay.
An option held upon an extension to a rental period is subject to the cancellation terms as notified above.

For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
