The apartments are located in the centre near the TGV station. Just a few minutes walk away is the historic centre where you can visit the famous town square, the Grand Place, home to a magnificent belfry, old stock exchange and impressive Flemish baroque architecture. The Palais des Beaux Arts (museum of fine arts), the opera and the birthplace and museum of Charles de Gaulle are other popular sights of the city that are within easy reach of the apartments. Sample some great food in the numerous restaurants Lille has to offer with local speciality dishes, beer and cheeses a must-try. Visit some of the many outdoor markets held in the city that offer a wide range of food, flowers, fabrics, exotic products, paintings, pottery and jewellery. Lille boasts a comprehensive and reliable transport network with metro, tram and bus services. You can also rent bikes, e-bikes and segways to see Lille from a different angle.
There are two major train stations offering TGV services to Paris and other major French and European cities. The Eurostar also stops here from London and Brussels.
Lille Lesquin International Airport is located about 10km from the city centre and offers domestic and international flights. Booking Procedure
The Citadines Lille Centre Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For stays less than 30 nights, a credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.

For stays of 30 or more nights, a deposit equivalent to 25% of the total cost of the accommodation being reserved is required in order to guarantee the booking.

All confirmation deposits must be received at the time of booking or at least 14 days prior to arrival, whichever is the later. If not received, Citadines Lille Centre Apartments reserve the right to cancel reservations without notice. Deposits may be paid by credit card upon receipt of the cardholder's signed authority and a clearly legible copy of both sides of said card. Where a corporate/company credit card is being used, the copy of the card must be presented on your company headed paper.

Payment
For stays less than 30 nights, payment of accommodation will be made on arrival.

For stays of 30 or more nights, unless prior arrangements have been made the full payment of the first 30 day period of accommodation and tax is due upon arrival along with a security deposit of €20.00 per day of stay at Citadines Lille Centre Apartments. Security deposits are refundable on departure less deductions for any incidental charges incurred.

Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer, (cleared funds to be received prior to arrival), cash and the major credit cards. Subsequent periods of accommodation will be invoiced/charged in advance to your credit card in periods of 30 nights or part thereof as applicable. In all cases, Citadines Lille Centre Apartments will provide an invoice for the period charged for your records. Any outstanding incidental charges must be settled upon departure but longer stay guests will be invoiced periodically to ensure their accounts remain in credit.

Security Deposit
For stays of 30 or more nights, a security deposit of €20.00 per day of stay at Citadines Lille Centre Apartments is taken on arrival. No deposit is taken for stays of less than 30 nights.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00.

Citadines Lille Centre Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation is required by 3pm at the latest on the day prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
For stays of less than 7 nights the cancellation charge will be equal to one nights' stay.
For stays of between 7 and 29 nights the cancellation charge will be equal to 2 nights' stay.
For stays of 30 nights and over the cancellation charge will be equal to three nights' stay.

An option held upon an extension to a rental period is subject to the cancellation terms as notified above.
