The apartments are located in the very heart of Prague, in the centre of the Old Town. On the doorstep are many of the city's popular attractions. Located close to the Vltava River the apartments are in one of the nicest neighbourhoods in the city. Five minutes walk away are the famous Wenceslas Square, the Old Town Square, the National Theatre, the main central boulevard and Vysehrad Castle. Surrounded by some of the best restaurants, bars and night clubs in the city the apartments are in a good location for night time activities as well as daytime. Other sights on offer in the city are the parks of Petřín Hill, with a funicular railway giving access to the top, and the Staropramen Brewery where you can sample the beer in it's very own pub all easily accessible with the use of the local tram or metro system. Prague has an extensive public transport system comprising buses, trams and the metro, with stops conveniently close to the apartments. Tram stops 17 and 18 are just outside the apartment. The main railway station, Hlavní nádraží, is a few stops away on the metro. The nearest metro station is Staromestska in the Old Town Square and is only five minutes walk away.
Ruzyně International Airport is located outside the city, approximately 13km (8 miles) away. Booking Procedure
The Pachtuv Palace Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged but simply used to guarantee the booking. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation.
Payment
Your card will be pre-authorised for the full amount on arrival and the actual payment will be taken upon departure.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required, however, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Booking of 1-6 nights: the reservation must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to arrival. If cancellation is received less than 24 hours prior to arrival then a fee of 1 nights accommodation will be charged.
Booking of 7-18 nights: the reservation must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival. If cancellation is received less than 72 hours prior to arrival then a fee of 2 nights accommodation will be charged.
Booking of 18-29 nights: the reservation must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to arrival then a fee of 4 nights accommodation will be charged.
High season rates apply to stays between 29th August and 1st November and between the 26th and 31st December 2008.
Mid season rates apply to stays between 29th June and 28th August, and between 2nd November and 25th December 2008.
