Suitable for up to three people, this apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area.

Sleeps: 5  Bathrooms: 2 Two Bedroom Apartment (Double)
This apartment is equipped with two double beds and a single sofa bed in the living area and can sleep up to five people.

Sleeps: 8  Bathrooms: 1 Two Bedroom Apartment (Twin)
Suitable for up to eight people, this apartment has one room with three single beds and another room with two single beds. There are also two double sofa beds and two single sofa beds in the living area.

Sleeps: 9  Bathrooms: 2 Three Bedroom Apartment
This apartment has two bedrooms with doubke and single beds and one bedroom with three single beds and is suitable for up to nine people.

The apartments are situated in a beautiful area of Prague very close to the river. The picturesque Prague Castle overlooks the apartment providing breath-taking views. Also close by are the Andel neighbourhood, home to one of Prague's biggest shopping malls, Nový Smíchov, the parks of Petřín Hill, with a funicular railway giving access to the top, and the Staropramen Brewery where you can sample the beer in it's very own pub. Many of Prague's main attractions are nearby and are easily accessible. Take a trip over the river to explore the other side of this historic city and arrive just in front of the spectacular National Theatre, a definite must-see for any visitor. Prague has an extensive public transport system comprising buses, trams and the metro, with stops conveniently close to the apartments. The nearest tram station to the apartment is Zborovska which is only a few minutes walk away. The main railway station, Hlavní nádraží, is a few stops away on the metro, but there is another main line station nearby, Praha-Smíchov, which offers inter-city services.
Ruzyně International Airport is located outside the city, approximately 40 minutes away by public transport. Booking Procedure
The Matthew Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Please note that there is a 2.8% surcharge for payments made by Visa or Mastercard.

Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 11.00. Please note that due to local legal requirements, a copy of each guest's passport will be required upon arrival.

Cards Accepted
Matthew Apartments accept the following card types: Master Card, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
For stays of 1-3 nights:
Notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to one night's stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.

For stays of 4-7 nights:
Notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to three nights' stay or 50% of the total cost.

For stays of over 7 nights:
Notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to three nights' stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to seven nights' stay.

For stays of 1 month and over:
Notification of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 14 and 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to seven nights' stay.
Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to fourteen nights' stay.

Stays during Christmas, New Year and Easter will be subject to a special cancellation policy:
Notification of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.

Rate From is the lowest nightly rate available.
Rate To indicates the highest nightly rate available.
Average Nightly Rate indicates what you might expect to pay per night- please contact us for exact prices.
