The Down Town Apartments are located on a quiet street in the heart of the New Town area, just a short walk away from Wenceslas Square, the Old Town and the many attractions of this historic city.
With a selection of Prague apartments from one to three bedrooms, each one equipped with tasteful and comfortable modern furniture and full kitchens which provide an alternative to the many nearby restaurants, this is an ideal base for exploring Prague.

The apartments are located in the New Town (Nové Mesto) district, just a short walk from Wenceslas Square and the National Museum. Just a little further away lies the Old Town, the oldest part of Prague filled with historic buildings and attractions including the Astronomical Clock, while the castle and St. Vitus Cathedral lie across the river. Prague has an extensive public transport system comprising buses, trams and the metro, with stops conveniently close to the apartments. The main railway station, Hlavní nádraží, is within easy reach offering inter-city and international services.
Ruzyně International Airport is located outside the city, approximately 40 minutes away by public transport. Booking Procedure
The Down Town Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Please note that there is a 2.8% surcharge for payments made by Visa or Mastercard.
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 11.00. Please note that due to local legal requirements, a copy of each guest's passport will be required upon arrival.

Down Town Apartments accept the following card types: Master Card, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations received will be subject to a cancellation fee. The following charges apply:
For stays of less than three weeks:
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival: €20.00 administration fee.
Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 14 and 4 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received less than 4 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total accommodation costs.
For stays of three weeks and over:
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 29 and 8 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of the total accommodation costs.
Please note: Any amendments made to the booking will carry an amendment charge. Please see above for details.
For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
