Cost savings

We regularly assist with large scale secondment programmes, in most cases leading to significant cost savings where hotels would normally be used. There are no fees with Citybase Apartments and as we're one of the largest ABAs (apartment booking agents) our spending power allows us to obtain the cheapest corporate rates. All of our clients benefit from these immediate cost savings, but also we negotiate discounts on longer stays and group bookings.

Our Account Management service

If you are a booker with regular accommodation needs we will offer you an account management service (a free service). This escalates your enquiries in terms of our priorities and provides you with the added benefit of a single contact point. Other benefits include:

• A dedicated Account Manager to listen to your needs, advise you accordingly and deal with the selection and booking process
• Accompanied Viewings
• Credit accounts facilities (subject to approval)
