The easiest way to search for an apartment is to use the search box on the homepage. Select your required city and the number of nights you wish to stay from the drop-down menus, plus an apartment type. Then click on the 'search' button, and a list of possible apartments will be displayed.
Alternatively, you can go to the 'search' page of the website, where you will find the same search box. There is also a map on which you can click to select a city, as well as a list of city names from which you can select. Once you've selected a city, you'll see a list of all the apartments we offer in that location. Click on a particular apartment to find out about it in more detail.
The 'compare' feature can be very helpful in helping you narrow your choice. You can compare up to four different apartments from the list at a time. Simply select the apartments you wish to compare by ticking the box in the bottom left corner of each apartment's listing, then click 'compare now'. The apartments you've selected will be presented side by side with a checklist of features, so you can see at a glance which ones have the facilities and amenities you require.

When you've chosen an apartment, click on 'Book apartment now' to go through to the secure online Booking Request Form. You will need to fill in your arrival and departure dates, the type of apartment required, the number of apartments and guests, and your name, address and telephone number. (If you tick the 'Remember my details' box, your contact details will automatically be filled in for you next time you visit this page). There's also a box for any special requests you may have, although we cannot guarantee these will be fulfilled.
If you want to make a booking for a group of people, please contact one of our customer service representatives to discuss your requirements.
When you have finished, click 'continue' to be taken to the next page, where you will enter your credit card details. Your address will appear automatically; if this is not the address of the card holder, tick the 'change card holder details' box and you will be able to enter a different address. To submit your details, click 'book apartment now'.
If you wish to make a corporate booking and want to pay by an alternative method such as a bank transfer, this can be arranged, but you will not be able to use the Booking Request Form because it requires credit card details. Instead, please fill in an Enquiry Form stating your preferred method of payment, or call us for more information on 0845 226 9831.
Your booking request has now been sent, but your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us. You should receive this the same day if you book before 16:30 GMT Monday to Friday, otherwise on the next UK working day.
If your chosen apartment does not have availability on the date(s) you require, we will email you suggesting some alternative apartments that are as close as possible to your preferred apartment in terms of location and price. Only if you accept an alternative will we proceed with your booking.
When your booking is confirmed, your credit card will be charged in accordance with the terms and conditions of the particular apartments you have chosen. Some apartments will require part or full payment in advance, while others will not charge you until you arrive at the apartment.
