The stylish and contemporary Bourse Apartments are situated in a prime location in the very centre of Brussels giving the guest a chance to absorb the atmosphere and take in the sights of this vibrant city. With a variety of restaurants, cafés, bars and shops on the doorstep this is an excellent spot for sampling the local cuisine, authentic Belgian beer and of course delicious chocolate.
Each apartment is bright and spacious and comes with chic décor, a smart kitchen and modern bathroom. Sleeping up to four people these apartments are a great place for a comfortable stay and a taste of Belgian life.

Suitable for up to four people, this apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living area.
The apartments are in the heart of the city and just a short walk away from some of Brussels' most famous landmarks, the Manneken Pis statue, the Grand Palace and Town Hall. A wide range of museums and galleries are close by as are a variety of cafés, bars and restaurants offering fine local cuisine. Be sure to sample some delicious chocolate in an authentic Belgian chocolate shop or one or two of the 500 varieties of local beer on offer. Another must-see is the the Place du Grand Sablon which offers a variety of chocolate shops, boutiques, cafés, restaurants and a lively antiques market every weekend which attracts traders from all around the world. Brussels benefits from a comprehensive public transport system which includes buses, trams and the metro. The apartments are within easy reach of Brussels Central railway station, offering services to a range of destinations.
The city is served by Brussels Airport and, further away but often used by budget airlines, Brussels South Charleroi Airport. Booking Procedure
The Bourse Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Please note that there is a 2.8% surcharge for payments made by Visa or Mastercard.
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15.00 and check-out is by 11.00. Please note that due to local legal requirements, a copy of each guest's passport will be required upon arrival.

Bourse Apartments accept the following card types: Master Card, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
For stays of 1-3 nights:
Notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to one night's stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.
For stays of 4-7 nights:
Notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to three nights' stay or 50% of the total cost.
For stays of over 7 nights:
Notification of cancellation must be received 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 1 and 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to three nights' stay.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to seven nights' stay.
For stays of 1 month and over:
Notification of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 14 and 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to seven nights' stay.
Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to fourteen nights' stay.
Stays during Christmas, New Year and Easter will be subject to a special cancellation policy:
Notification of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay.

Rate To indicates the highest nightly rate available.
