Citybase Apartments are proud to be the first serviced apartments booking agent to gain membership of the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP). The ASAP is an organisation that represents the main serviced apartment operators and booking agents in the UK and aims to ensure that all serviced apartment providers offer a consistent standard of service. As an ASAP member, Citybase Apartments is also bound by the ASAP code of conduct.

ITM

Citybase is a proud member of the Institute of Travel & Meetings (ITM). The ITM is the recognised body for business travel and represents over 1,000 buyer and supplier members across the UK.
