The ARP and the ASAP

Citybase Apartments is a member of the Association of Relocation Professionals (ARP), a professional body that has established benchmarks of excellence and best practice throughout the relocation industry. Citybase Apartments is also a member of the Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP), an organisation that represents all of the main serviced apartment operators in the UK. Its aim is to ensure all serviced apartment providers provide a consistent standard of service and adhere to a code of conduct. More about the ASAP


The ASAP is currently working with Visit Britain and Quality in Tourism, the organisation responsible for the 'star' rating system used to grade hotels, to roll out a similar system for assessing the quality of serviced apartments. This will give an objective indication of an apartment's standard, and will make it much easier for apartment bookers to compare like with like. The inspection process is now underway, but is likely to take some time to complete. The official rating will be included in the details of each apartment on citybaseapartments.com as soon as it is confirmed.
